Des animaux extraordinaires, prosaïques ou mythologiques, une nature merveilleuse exotique ou familière sont les composantes d’un paysage artistique qui conduit le spectateur à accepter ses propres rêves avant de pénétrer le monde imaginaire de Lalanne. Ensemble, les Lalanne sont un nouvel Arcimboldo. Ils utilisent la nature et ses secrets pour créer un langage nouveau et nous donner les clés ouvrant à une interprétation parallèle. Ils détournent les animaux, les fleurs et plantes mais aussi les visages et fragments du corps pour révéler d’autres réalités nées de ces associations contre nature. Leur imagination est sans limite et chaque sculpture es un antidote à la mauvaise humeur. Fantastic animals, prosaic and mythological, wonderful nature, exotic or familiar, are the components of an artistic landscape which leaves the spectator to accepting his own dreams before entering the Lalanne’s imaginery world. Together, the Lalanne are a new Arcimboldo. Using nature and its secrets to create new language and give us the keys to a parallel interpretation. They divert animals, flowers and plants, but also faces and body fragments, to reveal other realities born from this association against nature. Their imagination does not know any limits and each sculpture is an antidot against sullenness !
